Want to add more fun to your exercise routines? Learn the latest moves in dance exercise......Zumba! Bollywood Booty! Hip Hop Extravaganza! and more!
Join the RBF Dance-a-thon at the West Hartford Jewish Community Center on Sunday, June 6th, any time between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Most dance exercise sessions are 30 minutes; the event wraps up with a relaxing yoga session. Refreshments and a raffle are included in the event. There is no charge to participate, but a donation to The Rob Branham Foundation would be gratefully accepted.
